Booster Club
BOOSTER OFFICER POSITIONS
PRESIDENT
The President holds the fiduciary responsibility for the corporation and is ultimately responsible for the overall operation of the booster club. The President officiates meetings. The President provides direction, assistance, and motivation for the Booster Club & Tribal Members. The President ensures that all booster club activities are in line with the mission of the club and follow club Bylaws. The President provides support to the coaching staff. High School parent/guardian only.
VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice President fills the President’s role as needed. The Vice President oversees all social media. The Vice President provides direction, assistance, and motivation for the Booster Club & Tribal Members. Ensures that all booster club activities are in line with the mission of the club and follow club Bylaws. The Vice President provides support to the coaching staff. Middle School or High School parent/guardian.
SECRETARY
The Secretary keeps all the records for the booster club, including meeting minutes for booster club meetings and special meetings. The Secretary provides direction, assistance, and motivation for the Booster Club & Tribal Members. Ensures that all booster club activities are in line with the mission of the club and follow club Bylaws. The Secretary provides support to the coaching staff. Middle School or High School parent/guardian.
TREASURER
The Treasurer acts as club accountant, handling all financials and works with coaching to create projected season budgets for the club. The Treasurer oversees fundraising. The Treasurer provides direction, assistance, and motivation for the Booster Club & Tribal Members. Ensures that all booster club activities are in line with the mission of the club and follow club Bylaws. The Treasurer provides support to the coaching staff. Middle School &/or High School parent/guardian.
TRIBAL MEMBERS
Manager's Manager
The Manager’s Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting all student team managers for both middle school and high school wrestling programs. This role ensures managers are properly trained as table workers, including scoring, timekeeping, and match documentation, and that they understand their responsibilities in supporting coaches and athletes. The Manager’s Manager serves as the primary point of communication between coaches, managers, and parents, ensuring all necessary information, schedules, and expectations are clearly shared. They coordinate manager assignments for practices, matches, and tournaments, assist coaches with administrative needs, and help maintain consistency, organization, and accountability across the entire wrestling program. Should attend Booster Meetings and encourage other Wrestling Parents, Community Partners, and Alumni to attend. Middle School and/or High School parent/guardian or Leader in the Armuchee Community.
Committee Chair/s
The Committee Chair/s will establish & oversee special volunteer committees for:
1. Concessions 2. Special Events 3. Fundraising 4. Outreach
The Committee Chair/s is responsible for increasing engagement among parents/guardians; to fulfill volunteer needs in an effort to help alleviate coaching and booster officer workloads. Should attend Booster Meetings and encourage other Wrestling parents to attend. Open to Middle School and/or High School parents/guardians.
Armuchee Community Advocate/s
The Armuchee Community Advocate/s will be responsible for promoting and advocating for Armuchee Wrestlers, its Coaches, and its Alumni. The Advocate should assist with the procurement of Sponsorships and Donations from Community Partners for fundraising purposes. Should attend Booster Meetings and encourage other Wrestling Parents, Community Partners, and Alumni to attend. Middle School and/or High School parent/guardian or Leader in the Armuchee Community.
Media Specialist
The Media Specialist will manage all media content. Media Specialist will promote Armuchee Wrestling Club through regular visual communications of club news on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc. to include weekly schedules/calendars, outreach, spotlight/feature videos, and anything pertinent to the Armuchee Wrestling Club or the sport of Wrestling. The Media Specialist will also maintain the club's website, ensuring timely, accurate information about events, news, and the club. Should attend Booster Meetings and encourage other Wrestling parents to attend. Open to Middle School and/or High School parent/guardian.
Middle School Team Mom or Dad (MS-MOM or MS-DAD)
The MS Team Mom/Dad will assist the Middle School Wrestling Team with the misc. motherly/fatherly duties throughout the season at both home and away matches/tournaments. MS-MOM/DAD will be responsible for ensuring the First Aid bag is fully stocked and available at ALL matches/tournaments, notifying the Coaching Staff, Athletic Trainer, HS-MOM/DAD, and/or Booster Treasurer of any supply needs. MS-MOM/DAD will collect snack donations for MS throughout the season. MS-MOM/DAD will capture pictures, when possible, to upload to the public Wrestling Club Album. MS-MOM/DAD should also act as parent liaison, assisting MS wrestling parents, new and current, with acclimating their students to the wrestling program. MS-MOM/DAD available to answer questions and disseminate information from MS Coaching, Officers, &/or Committee Chair/s as needed. Should attend Booster Meetings and encourage other Wrestling parents to attend. Open to Middle School parent/guardian.
High School Team Mom or Dad (HS-MOM or HS-DAD)

Booster Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each Month at 6pm in AHS Media Center
(with the exception of June/July)
